From the first meeting with the owner coming to my home to the end completion of the job, Misha was on site and on the ball the whole time doing much of the work along side his crew. I was very happy with his advice and suggestions to provide me with a good quality deck, save me on some costs which I didn’t know about, and did so at a competitive price. His company provides these metal helical piers that go into the ground rather then the concrete slabs so many others suggested which I KNEW would not be the correct solution for the new house I built and softer back fill. Misha was thinking in my best interest and I appreciate that too. The design he completed for me outshines the neighbors around me that went with the “dan in the van” type contractor who I watched do messy work. Lastly, the clean up by the crew when the work was completed was exactly what I would expect.
The contract and timeline for the project were explained clearly. Misha and his team showed up when promised and communicated with me throughout their time there. They did a great job afterwards with the clean up as well.
