Can I finance part of my project?
Yes, many homeowners finance a portion and pay the rest upfront. Materials may be financed through Wells Fargo, however if you plan to finance more than just materials we encourage you to finance the materials portion through Wells Fargo and the remainder through Acorn.
Does financing affect project timeline?
Not at all! Permitting typically takes longer than financing approval so there will be no delay in your project at all. We ask that all financing is set up and funds are transferred to you prior to our start date to avoid late payment fees.
Can I finance upgrades like lighting and railings?
Yes! Financing can include the full project scope, including upgrades and premium materials.
Are there zero-interest or promotional options?

How long does financing approval take?
